Message from Bishop Michael Router for the Feast of St. Malachy

2020 has been a year marked by the Covid-19 pandemic and the significant upheaval and change that it has heralded. It has also been a ‘Year of Reflection & Prayer’ for the Archdiocese of Armagh. Bishop Michael offers this video on the feast of St. Malachy.

In the video above Bishop Michael Router invites all to reflect on the reality of the past nine months considering what it means for our individual faith and the future of the Church here in the Archdiocese of Armagh.

In it he offers some words of hope and encouragement inviting all to watch the videos below, reflect on their content, and answer the questions he poses at the end of the ‘Prayer Ambassador’ video. Also featured below is a video produced for the commencement of the Year of Reflection & Prayer, in this video Bishop Michael reflects on the life of St. Malachy and the reform and transformation he enacted in his time.
